Groups

GCF Discipleship groups are designed to train Christians in the various skills of Christian living and the specific theology and values of GCF. Each gender-specific group consists of 3-6 people, and meets two to three times a month from early September through May. Although the curriculum takes four years to complete, we only ask participants to commit to one year at a time.

*We offer community groups as well as discipleship groups. Above are some of the differences and similarities.

During the 2026-27 school year, we will cover the “Blue Year.”

The books for the Blue Year are listed below and will be available for purchase this summer and fall.

  • Purity: Men: The Death of Porn by Ray Ortlund & Women: Purity is Possible by Helen Thorne

  • Bible Study: Mark

  • Church History: The Unquenchable Flame by Michael Reeves

  • Theology: Bible Doctrine (2nd Edition) by Wayne Grudem
